Ten Thousand Islands Private Shelling Tour
About this trip
A private boat trip with Capt. Eddy to the quiet, boat-access-only beaches of the Ten Thousand Islands, such as Kice Island, Dickman's Island, Shell Island, Morgan Island and Cape Romano. Walk the sandbars and beaches searching for horse conchs, king crowns, lightning whelks, pear whelks, shark eyes, nutmegs and, if you're lucky, a junonia. Great for families and kids, with birds and dolphins along the way. The whole boat is yours for up to 6 guests, from 3 to 8 hours.

About your captain
I'm Capt. Eddy Rodriguez, a lifelong South Florida native who's spent 20+ years fishing Southwest Florida waters and the last 6 as a USCG licensed captain. I grew up fishing ponds and lakes and bought my first boat at 17. Today I run my 25ft Contender bay boat out of Goodland into the Ten Thousand Islands for snook (my favorite), redfish, trout, mangrove snapper, sheepshead and Spanish mackerel, plus shelling and eco tours. Shotime is about making memories with your family doing something you've never done, and I love getting kids hooked on fishing. My goal is a safe, exciting, productive saltwater day for every age. It's showtime: time to put in the work, have fun and smile! Licensed and insured.
